I am 23 5’1 107-110 pounds. I gain weight only on my bottom half, I have saddle bags, a lot of fat on top of my knees and inner thighs. I’d like to have slimmer legs (remove saddle bags, knee fat and get a thigh gap). I am fit but my lower half doesn’t ever change. How many sessions on each area will I need to achieve a slimmer, and proportional look?
