Well I continue to see any cool sculpting results after the 90 day mark? (photos)

CoolSculpting results are usually visible at the 3-month mark, which seems to be true in your case as well. You do show some fat reduction, which could be partly due to your weight loss, as you noted. You may continue to improve, because some people take up to six months to get their full results.
You didn’t mention whether you had a full 3-cycle treatment or just one treatment. Based on your photos, you need at least three full treatments. You also seem to have significant abdominal laxity; this is muscular, not fat-related and so can’t be addressed by CoolSculpting. Please find a board-certified dermatologist who’s been certified by Zeltiq to administer your CoolSculpting and ask to have your treatment followed with Zimmer Z-wave radial pulsed therapy for best results.

We always recommend two treatment sessions for ideal result, and we even have found some people need a 3rd session to achieve their goals and ideal results. Also, did they treat lower abdomen (below the belly button) and upper abdomen (above the belly button)? We may have recommended 4 cycles per treatment (after an in-person consultation and assessment of the fat and if you are a good candidate etc). With that said, there will always be the loose skin and skin laxity there unless you were to have surgery to remove the loose skin, so hopefully that expectation was not there, as that should have been explained at the consultation visit. I hope you are able to achieve your goals and get to a satisfactory result!

Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, you have obtained the results that the majority of people have . You will see at most a 20% reduction in fat. It will not tighten or remove skin. At 3 months , the results are not usually going to get any better. I always try to explain realistic results when it comes to both surgical and non-surgical procedures . I recommend speaking to your PS about what Look you are trying to obtain. Best of luck. 

it seems like there is considerable skin laxity. I  dont think you will see more improvement..  Liposuction would make it flatter but  it looks like it would be somewhat loose..If you would consider  abdominoplasty, that would give you the best result..

Thanks for providing the photos. In answer to your question, generally results are seen within 4 months of the treatment. However, in looking at your photos, I believe that you may have more problems than just fat being present. There appears to be skin looseness present that would not be treated by the CoolSculpting (and removing the fat could actually make the skin look looser-think of taking the stuffing out of a pillow, the walls look more floppy).. There may also be some relaxation of the muscles or even some visceral fat under the muscles which are causing your tummy to protrude. I think it is reasonable to wait until the 4 month point for additional photos, but in the meantime you may want to consult a physician skilled in assessing your abdomen who could give you more information regarding whether another treatment such as LaserLipo or abdominoplasty may give you the results that you desire. Looking at your photos, if you wanted a flat stomach, then I would have advised you to consider an abdominoplasty rather than coolsculpt. Your lower abdomen muscle walls are relaxed and that is what appears to be causing the bulge. I can see that the CS has had some fat reduction and yes you can see results continue for up to 6 months, so don't be too disheartened.
