In general (I know all surgeon prices vary) would it cost to get ear reduction surgery along with ear pinning? I know average Otoplasty price but how much extra would reshaping the ears cost? Thanks!

When ears are pinned closer to the head with an otoplasty, they always appear smaller, so that an ear reduction is not necessary. The Dr Merck Stitch Method is a minimally invasive method at a reasonable price.
