you're right that its too early to say anything as to how it will look as the scars improve a lot over time. Im a wee bit concerned about the junction of the 2 ends though. I think that part might require a revision. I do a fair number of ear surgeries. the junction point of the two ends of skin and cartilage on the ear is a critical point. and it has to be in alignment 100% for the scar to blend in. Its the same concept for the eyelid surgery and the lips as well.

This is not a satisfactory surgical result. The edge of the ear, known as the helix, must not have a step in it. However, wait until three months have passed. If you are lucky, the skin of the helix in the upper part of the step will shrink. If not, you will have to have revision surgery done here.
