Macrotia/ear reduction surgery advice? Want to reduce the upper part of my ear. (photos)

I need to ask about macrotia /ear reduction surgery. I added my photos and need expert advise regarding reduction of my upper part of the ear. Although I'm living in Dubai, I couldn't find any one performing this surgery here I don't know why. I went to two plastic surgeon and they told me that I don't need to do it as they see that my ear looks normal. I see that my upper part is tall and wide and needs a reduction. Any advice please?

This is not a satisfactory surgical result. The edge of the ear, known as the helix, must not have a step in it. However, wait until three months have passed. If you are lucky, the skin of the helix in the upper part of the step will shrink. If not, you will have to have revision surgery done here.
