Dear micheala2, I would think that after your breast augmentation and lift you would feel well enough to celebrate your birthday almost a month later. I would confirm with your surgeon how long he wants you to wear your post op garment/sports bra for.. in our office it is for 6 weeks after surgery (we allow patients to be out of the sports bra for "special occasions" for a few hours during that time, but a bathing suit may not be supportive enough).
