Can natural big breast get implants and still look good? (photos)

Hello and thank you for sharing your question on RealSelf.com.Plain and simple: you need a lift.  Your nipple position is well below the lower crease of your breasts.  An implant alone would give you a large bulge on top and make the nipples look even lower.The scars fade over time very nicely and are well hidden by bras and bathing suit tops.  Dr Spies

You will not get the results you want by putting implants in.  I don't think many surgeons would want to level with you this honestly, but it really wouldn't look good- to be blunt, it wouldn't look good at all nor would it achieve your goal of a "fuller look up top".  You appear to have excellent quality of breast and skin and a lift/reduction would give you fantastic breasts that get you the goals you stated.  I know the scars are scary to think about, but if you take care of them, they will heal beautifully and you will NEVER REGRET the decision to go with the lift.  Hope this helps!-JGH
