Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs.  I can see your area of concern and it appears that you will need a more powerful lift to better approximate an augmented look.  Your surgeon may have been limited in the degree of lift that could be obtained during your surgery and was being conservative to minimize possible healing complications.  Once fully healed from this procedure seek a revision to remove additional breast skin and tissue to reach a result closer to what you describe in your narrative.
