Masoplexy & Augmentation, sagging or is this what I have to have? (photos)

Question

2 weeks PO of masoplexy, augmentation, Abdominoplasty & armlift. I am reasonably happy with the results, it's is an amazing improvement (I don't want to sound ungrateful) however I am a little disappointed, I really wanted an augmented look, not a natural look and feel like my breasts are still a little low/saggy? I'm also worried if over the coming months, with settling will they drop further. Am I unrealistic in wanting them higher? Implants were 375cc

Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs.  I can see your area of concern and it appears that you will need a more powerful lift to better approximate an augmented look.  Your surgeon may have been limited in the degree of lift that could be obtained during your surgery and was being conservative to minimize possible healing complications.  Once fully healed from this procedure seek a revision to remove additional breast skin and tissue to reach a result closer to what you describe in your narrative. The breasts may lose their elasticity and firmness which can be caused by
different factors such as pregnancy, massive weight loss, lactation and aging.
To reaffirm the breasts and restore the natural look your surgeon can perform a
mastopexy or breast lift, hugs!

Your breasts will not "rise" over time. If you desire a more lifted look, you will benefit from a well done secondary lift done at a later date 8-12 months down the road. Meanwhile, heal up!

Although, it may be possible to achieve more with a secondary surgery, I would suggest waiting at least 6 months before making this decision.  There are limits as to how much further of o lift you can achieve and with all surgeries there are the risks to consider as well.  Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.
