I am 5 weeks post off breast augmentation and benelli lift. My surgeon used a permanent suture around the areola and I wanted to ask how strong they are/how careful I need to be? For example, would stretching and arching my back (which moves the breast forward and puts tention on the areolas) stretch out or potentially break the permanent purse string suture? Also for exercising? I am just not sure how careful I need to be? Thanks
