I turned 18 this September, however I have been looking at chin lipo for a few years now. Due to genetics, I have a lot of extra fat under the chin, so I have practically no jawline. I'm relatively skinny, so this isn't a matter of weight gain. As of now, I have a chin implant(gotten a few years ago) and have gotten cool sculpting(a few months ago), but it doesn't seem to be enough to fix the issue, although it has helped. Would there be any issues with getting chin lipo at my age?

Answer: Chin liposuction You appear to be a great candidate for submental liposuction. I addition, I would recommend removing your existing chin implant (it's too small) and replacing it with a larger implant or under a genioplasty procedure and no implant. You are still retrusive in the horizontal plane, and greater projection would provide better facial balance.

Answer: Chin liposuction Dear noellee, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like you would benefit from chin liposuction. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
