Should I be concerned about this negative reaction to CoolSlimming? (Photos)

I got cool slimming done at a med spa. They said with the cool slimming she sets the parameters. She used the large on my low abdomen and the chin sized on my upper abd. bc there wasnt enough fat. After 35 min she took it off & the tissue under one was frozen solid. She freaked and put some warm cloths on it. It was painful but went down after a few minutes. It is red and swollen. Is this anything I should be concerned about? It is painful but when i touch the top layer of skin i dont feel anything.

There is no scientific evidence that massages actually help after any type of liposuction .  But having performed thousands of liposuctions it is my opinion that it definitely does and I encourage patients to get it .  I find it helps smoothing things out  and patients tend to recover quicker . ...
