Laser liposuction. How long after can I get a BBL?

If you want a BBL, you shouldn't have liposuction to some areas and not use that fat and then come back for second liposuction of smaller areas to transfer.You should have fat transfer when you do abdomen and flanks and back as 360 as this usually gives more fat than only the back. Remember, not all of the transferred fat takes so a small area is not going to give a significant BBL.Also, lasered fat cannot be grafted. Personally, I use Vaser ultrasound for my liposuction which has the same benefits but allows nice fat transfer. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations. 

You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. Ideally all of these areas would be treated a single procedure.The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. If skin is very loose before surgery, then it will need to be removed: tummy tuck/abdominoplasty for lower abdominal skin; breast lift for excess breast skin; and/or a brachioplasty for loose arm skin.
Overall, you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

If you want a BBL I would start the transfer process with the first liposuction. You may not have enough fat at your second procedure and the first procedures fat would no longer be available. If you have the BBL with the first procedure then more fat could be added at the second to go larger or just a touch up. Discuss all you goals with your surgeon so no procedures or fat is wasted if needed. Good luck.

My suggestion would be to save your money from the laser lipo and just prepare for an actual liposuction procedure.
You want healthy, high quality fat for a BBL and some topical procedures can change the quality or add in scar tissue that is not desirable for a fat graft to the buttocks.

Also, the most abundant source of fat to add volume to the buttocks is typically the abdomen.

I would recommend you do your flanks (muffin tops and waist) and back first, and put the fat in your buttocks. BBL is not just putting fat in the booty, it is also sculpting your back to get a good slope.

To ensure that you have enough fat to harvest, I would recommend BBL with the first procedure. Consider secondary lipo 3 months later.
On the other hand, depending upon the amount of fat requiring removal, one could consider vaser lipo with fat transfer as a single procedure.
