Can my columella be pulled back down? (Photos)

m_x
I had a closed revision (I had a open primary one) rhinoplasty and I asked for a de projection and lift my hanging columella. Now I regret it so much because it’s too lifted that I dont even have a tip. My question is, if this is a closed technique, how did he pull the columella up and is there a way to bring it down exactly as it was?
