How long after rhinoplasty can I do a BBL?

I'd suggest you give 4 months minimum between the cases, as you need to be able to offload your buttocks to some extent after BBL surgery and you do not want to put pressure on your nose or increase swelling in the nasal tissues. You also might want to wait longer to be sure you are happy with a reasonably "final" result on the nose and don't need a touchup under anesthesia, since you are contemplating a procedure that requires anesthesia.

Thank you for sharing your question. This definitely falls in the category of – Ask Your Surgeon. You trusted him/her to do your surgery, trust him/her to get you through the healing process and let you know when it is ok to have BBL. 
That said, if you are not treating your nose with the IPL / BBL then there is not any reason to wait.  If you are planning on treating the nose, then it depends on what was done during the surgery, the experience of the person doing the treatment, and the settings on the Sciton BBL / IPL to be used. If a mild treatment is performed in experienced hands – possibly as early as 6 weeks. In more aggressive settings, then 3 months is more reasonable.  I don’ t know of a scientific study that has assessed this question, so tap into the clinical experience of your surgeon prior to moving forward.  We have had good clinical experience with BBL after nasal surgery in the past.  You do not want to cook your skin flap to get rid of some discoloration / dyschromias.
