In most cases, liposuction and BBL can performed even if tummy tuck is indicated if pregnancy in the future is planned. If you are not satisfied with the lipo results, a short scar tummy tuck can be performed three to six months later.

Thank you for your question. In your case I recommend liposuction, BBL and Tummy Tuck. Liposuction doesn't remove excess skin and doesn't treat skin laxity. Fat under the skin is removed but the skin remains. If your goal is to have flatter abdomen and smaller waist you should consider a Tummy Tuck.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. However, there is a chance that you will have loose skin after liposuction and you will probably need a tummy tuck in order to remove it. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Skin laxity is typically not treated by liposuction and causes patients to have less results because of it.

You should expect the skinfold on your lower abdomen to become smaller but the skin laxity will still be there. To get a tight flat abdomen consider a full tummy tuck.
