I have had undereye filler and then I have had it dissolved. I now look like my own older sister and my self esteem has suffered significantly. What can I do to get my old face back? Should I get facial fat transfer ?

It has been our experience in over 25 years of use of fat grafts for periorbital rejuvenation that graft take is around 30% in average. This means also that fat grafts do not take equally in all areas. Secondary grafting is done in probably 20-30% of patients 8-12 months after first procedure....
I'm not sure imaging would help in this case. This is extremely thin skin and you likely have some fat which has become scarred. It could be removed if it bothers you.
In very selective cases fat grafting of the upper eyelids may be a good option. However, that requires a true expert otherwise you may end with bad result. Start searching for such a surgeon and be very thorough in your research. Good luck.
