Fat transfer in the tear trough?

I've had Fat transferred in the tear thru area,under my Eyes around 3 years ago. everything looks normal and fine, however i palpate under my left eye, closer to the cheek Area,like a bump, but it is rather hard, feels like Little piece of bone.it doesn't show on the outside, just could palpate with the finger. Do i need to get an mri or CTscan?rather concerned. my dr isn't of any help, as he is "not a radiologist" or trying to escape liability?pic wont help as nothing shows.
