Question

Hello, I would like to know if a fat transfer would help get rid of the indents on my cheeks . I have filler but the indent reappeared quickly on each side. These indents cut across the filled part of my cheek and spoil the effect. I don’t want more filler as I am afraid that would overdo it and I don’t want the overfilled look. I am 62 and take good care of my skin. Thanks for any insight you can offer.

Fat grafting using micro and nano fat grafts would be my choice in your situation. Considering that fat graft survival is unpredictable (around 30% in average in periorbital-cheek areas) it is possible that you may need a second round of grafting 8-12 months later. Hope this helps.

Fat grafting would work well to correct  the depressions on your cheeks .
The fat needs to be injected directly into the skin which requires micronizataion
It may also take 2-3 treatments
