Hi, I am a Caucasian female in my mid 20s. I have quite narrow eyes, people often ask if I am part asain. They are very droopy and I have to constantly force my eyebrows to raise so I don't look like I'm falling asleep. I can't smile with my teeth as my eyes almost close all together and dread taking photos. Is there anyway to make my eyes look bigger without surgery?

Answer: Is there any non-surgical option to make my eyes look bigger/less droopy? Perth, Australia
It's too early to judge. There is still considerable swelling in the upper lid, so it might look heavier now than the final result will actually be.
A skin pinch is done when there is extra skin. This excess may not be noticed when at rest, but only when smiling. But if there is excess it can be removed, or laser done to tighten the skin. When fat is removed, the lines may become more obvious since there is now less volume...
Malar festoons are hard to treat. I would suggest that you schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to be assessed in person and discuss options such as a mid face lift with festoon removal.
