Non surgical techniques such as brow shaping with wrinkle relaxers and brow elevation with fillers may deliver the results that you desire. Depending on how dramatic a change you require this will determine the right approach for your specific case. Hi.  It is difficult to say without seeing any photos but really the only way of nonsurgically improving the upper eyelids is to botox the muscles that depress the eyebrows to give a subtle brow lift - this can reduce the appearance of excess upper eyelid skin.  Regards
