I recently had abdominoplasty, muscle repair and liposuction done by Dr Faisal and the entire process, from my first consult to my results, has been absolutely phenomenal!! He is, hands down, the best surgeon in Dubai. Whilst doing my research, I met numerous doctors and paid lots of money for consultations and none of the other popular Dubai doctors made me feel as comfortable as Dr Faisal. I booked the procedure a week after my first consult!! After having 3 babies, I had a terrible diastasis recti which caused me severe lower back pain- 6 weeks out and I’m already dancing and jumping around with my young kids with no sign of that terrible lower back pain. He is truly a magician!! My recovery has been a breeze and he explained everything so well including what to expect post surgery. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has impeccable bedside manner and is so kind. Don’t waste your time and money elsewhere! I am a patient for life and already looking at booking my next procedure in the new year!! Thank you Dr Faisal for you have truly changed this mamas life !!!
After losing 65 lbs on my short frame I had a lot of extra saggy skin. I met with a few surgeons in Dubai to see what could be done. Dr. Faisal was the third surgeon I met with and I knew right away I wanted to work with him. He took his time to explain everything to me and listen to my concerns and hopes. When it came time for surgery he selected a wonderful hospital that had amazing staff. I stayed for two nights and never waited more than a few moments if I needed to use the call bell. The nurses were so caring and kind, I have never had a better hospital experience. Dr. Faisal checked on me both days I was in the hospital and when I was feeling sick from my medication got into the office on the third day. I have had as many follow-up appointments as I felt I needed and he has answered phone messages quickly anytime I had a question or concern. Dr. Faisal really cares about his patients and their outcomes. During consultations, I could tell he was trying to make sure I had realistic expectations for my results, but then he exceeded my expectations. Each day I look in the mirror, I still can't believe this is my body!
Thankyou for your question I think the answer depends on what size implant you want to choose. If you opted fro a slightly larger implant then there would not be a need I don't think the implants being anatomical or round will have any bearing. In fact, the anatomical implants have more volume in the lower pole and would affect more of a lift
Thank you for your question Despite there being a risk of occlusion with fillers injected into veins, there are, as yet, no risks of botox being injected into arteries and veins. If anything, it may improve the blood flow as it relaxes the muscle surrounding the artery
Thank you for your question It depends on what your goals are? If you want better-shaped breasts, with a lifted nipple position and more symmetry, then a breast lift will be sufficient. If you want fullness to the upper part of the breasts (which most patients post-pregnancy want), then an implant will be necessary. This will most likely require a lift also
Thankyou for your question Looking at the photos you have assymetry of your breastsIf you want to avoid the scars of a lift, and are not concerned by the large diameter areola then I would recommend a dual-plane II technique for breast augmentation. This would allow the muscle to add additional cover for the upper pole of the implant, but allow the lower pole to be nicely filled by the implant. It is difficult to know how much glandular tissue you have in the upper pole, and this would normally guide an over the muscle approach for breast augmentation
