Line through implant two years post op - What can be done? (Photos)

Can someone please tell me why my right breast implant is doing this? It has a line through the bottom of it, and the implant looks so much smaller and kinda even looks like it’s disappearing. I got my boobs done 2 years ago and have always had a little line but it has gotten so much worse. I noticed it hurts really bad when I’m working out, it also gets really sore when I wear a push up bra. My boob surgeon said that it’s my bands constricting and that there isn’t Much he can do. I’m starting to get really concerned.
