I am sorry to hear about uour difficulties. The single most important step will be to choose an experienced surgeon. Choosing someone with an ear reconstruction practice would be a start.
In general tge main advantage of waiying is to allow post surgical inflamation to settle to avoid bleeding. Typically we would wait 6 months.

I would wait 6-12 months before pursuing another revision surgery. It is wise to wait until the scar tissue softens.  Multiple techniques are used depending upon the goals of surgery. In your consultation with your surgeon, make sure you are very specific as to what bothers you about the appearance of each ear.  Ears are complex structures.  There isn't just one technique that addresses each issue. Seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced with external ear surgery.
