What procedure(s) will help my butt look more symmetrical? (photos)

Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person, or at least a virtual, consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made.

It appears as you are not only lacking symmetry, but also lack central projection to the buttocks and have an irregular shaped lower buttock fold. I would thus recommend buttock implants to round out the buttock shape and add central projection. I would also recommend a lower buttock tuck to better define the lower buttock-thigh junction (“fold).

Please note that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants, so you may need to travel far and away from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.

To address this, I would recommend a butt lift, which can also be referred to as a posterior lift or posterior body lift. This procedure involves creating an incision across the top of the buttocks, extending from one hip to the other. This incision converges at the top of the gluteal cleft. The tissue is then dissected down to the gluteus maximus muscle, allowing for the buttocks to be lifted and reduced in size. This approach should result in better proportionality between your body and buttocks. It's important to note that this procedure will reduce the size of your buttocks.

One of the options, in your case, should be a combination of liposuction of hips and outside buttocks with augmentation/shaping of central buttocks with fat grafts. This should be done in, at least, two stages to avoid loose skin. Possibly some adjustment of gluteal crease as well. You need to find an expert to do this properly. good luck.

Nicely posted photos. Why were you refused a lipo 360/ Reshaping BBL? Do you have a medical issue? I see besides cellulite grade III, a chicken butt deformity, asymmetry in the buttock shape. Only a BBL reshaping with ultrasound guided removal and injections can help. Sorry you were mis lead by the Cellfina technology, yes very poor results are mostly obtained! Based on those I think the city is probably the number one issue that if well-controlled would have the greatest impact on improving your body image.
You are bottom heavy and you definitely do not need fat grafting to your buttocks. there is droopiness in the inner part of your buttocks. I don’t know of a specific medical term for this condition but I’ve heard it referred to as the “dirty diaper bottom look”. The condition and treatment options for that part of the buttocks is well described on a YouTube video called the Miami thong lift by Dr Mendieta.
In regards to symmetry all people are asymmetrical in all aspects of our physical form. all people have a symmetrical faces and bodies. The amount of asymmetry in your buttocks is not outside the range of normal.
It would be helpful if you could explain specifically what it is you’re trying to achieve.
I think weight loss needs to be the first step towards looking better and surgical intervention should only come after successful weight loss.
