Thank you for your question regarding if you benefit from a butt lift augmentation. Thank you for your pictures and history of having a mommy makeover four years ago. In examining your pictures, you have excess skin and fat in the love handle region and a slightly smaller buttock with skin wrinkles. If you decided to have buttock augmentation, you would need considerable fat. Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on how you look at it, you do not have much excess fat after your mommy makeover. Without excising the skin, you would not have enough fat to fill the buttock. Therefore, in my opinion, I would suggest a posterior buttock lift by continuing your tummy tuck incision across the top of the buttock and then across to the opposite tummy tuck scar. This would give you more of an hourglass figure and an uplifted buttock. I do not think you have much fat at all for fat transfer. Therefore my vote is for a posterior buttock lift or butt lift. Thank you for your question regarding if you benefit from a butt lift augmentation. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen.
