Congrats on your procedure- but sorry to hear you are feeling so bloated and swollen.  I would let your PS check you pretty quickly to be sure you are not collecting fluid (seroma) under your skin flap.  IF caught early, it can be treated with percutaneous drainage with a needle.

Abdominoplasty drains are removed when the drainage has decreased past a certain point; each plastic surgeon has his own regimen.  I do agree with Dr. Gottlieb that, if your swelling is increasing progressively, you could have a seroma or fluid collection.  You should return to your plastic surgeon for evaluation and treatment, if necessary.

If your abdomen is progressively enlarging, my concern would be that you may have a seroma, and this will not be resolved over the internet. A call to your surgeon is appropriate  and after an exchange of info, your surgeon can decide if an earlier than scheduled visit is needed to evaluate and treat.
