Best method for removing mole on the border of my lip (photos)

Question

I am considering having the mole on my lip and the one near my nose removed, but I am concerned about scaring on my lip since the mole is on the border. Is there anyway to remove the mole on my lip with very minimal scaring? I don't want the border of my lip to look strange, I'd rather have a mole. Do you have any recommendation regarding removal?

Mole removal begins with a comprehensive examination and consultation to determine the likelihood of a mole being worrisome. Excisional and incisional biopsies are reserved for suspicious moles. But it’s good news that most moles are not problematic and are only cosmetic, thus leading to the option of scarless or non-surgical mole removal with lasers and RF and plasma. Our office specializes in non-surgical mole removal.

Thank you for postingIf your surgeon wears loupes and is careful to align the white roll of the lip and the vermillion border, then it'll be as good a scar as possible.All moles grow, so it is just a matter of how big you wish your scar to be in the future, or whether you'd accept a smaller scar now.Good luck, remember to tape the scar afterwards for the best result.Best wishesBarbara Jemec
