Bulbous/cauliflower mole on the back of my head - Can it be removed? (Photo)

I cut my hair extremely short today as I'm balding and it was a matter of time. As I was cutting it, I revealed a large mole - pic related, it's bulbous. It is quite large in size and it's bleeding, possibly nicked it while buzzcutting. Is there any reason for immediate concern? Moreover, is it removable? I'd hate this to be a regular problem while cutting my hair, and cosmetically, it isn't very nice.

Moles can be removed without epinephrine. I suggest you see an expert for treatment this can be done in the office without problems.  Best, Dr. Emer.

This is a large shave excision and likely will leave a scar. I suggest scar gel at this time and speak to your physician about long term improvement after it heals.  You may even have cells at the base of this that the mole can regrow, it may be best to have an excision. Best, Dr. Emer.

Hydroquinone will not help with a mole but will help prevent hyperpigmentation.  I suggest you see a cosmetic dermatologist with experience. Best, Dr. Emer.

This needs proper wound care as this is not infected is just healing.  seems pretty large for a small mole.  Best, Dr. Emer.
