About 9 weeks ago I got moles removed via electrocautery on my chest from an aesthetician? (Photo)

Question

They are now raised, look/feel like they are filled with dark blood, smooth and shiny and have not seen any progress in about a month. It is different than how a normal cut would've healed. I'm a teen and workout and I followed her at-home instructions precisely. I need them gone asap, what should I do? This abnormal? How long can it take to disappear and what can I do to speed up the process? should I see a new doctor, dermatologist or aesthetician? what is this scar/lesion even called? Thanks

Moles should be removed by a dermatologist and these types of moles need shave removal and not cautery alone. I suggest you see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

You need to see a dermatologist, not an aesthetician, to have the moles evaluated and to determine the best way to remove the moles.  There is likely some scarring from the prior procedure that needs to be looked at as well.Regards,Dr. Ort
