They are now raised, look/feel like they are filled with dark blood, smooth and shiny and have not seen any progress in about a month. It is different than how a normal cut would've healed. I'm a teen and workout and I followed her at-home instructions precisely. I need them gone asap, what should I do? This abnormal? How long can it take to disappear and what can I do to speed up the process? should I see a new doctor, dermatologist or aesthetician? what is this scar/lesion even called? Thanks

I suggest you see an expert to determine if these need biopsy or not. General skin check yearly helps limit the chance of a cancer spreading (catches them earlier than later). Best, Dr. Emer.
