What is the best method to remove a mole right near the hairline without a nasty scar or uneven hairline/bald spot? (Photo)

I should've listened to my mom when she told me not to use a tanning bed when I tried to get a "base tan" for workouts. Used once mind you.. I had a mole on my forehead which used to be the size of a small permanent marker dot, now it's more-so the size of a pencil eraser and has been growing since last year to the point others notice it.
