Dent in right leg - do I need a thigh lift or filler? (photos)

I am really desperate to get my thighs smoothed out and normal I have a dent in my right leg that’s been there for years I need help- I had some LIPO done and now my left side is uneven I would like to get this fixed for a reasonable price I don’t have thousands to spend on this I need it fixed asap. I hate looking in the mirror I want to feel good about wearing a bikini- please help me I also wanot to get LIPO on my knees and calves

Thank you for your question regarding a dent on your right leg and whether you need a thigh lift or a filler. You do not need a thigh lift. However, you do have a significant indentation on your thigh. This does require a filler. I would suggest an autologous fat transfer. Autologous fat is harvested from your abdomen or love handles and then transferred to the area you're concerned about. In this case, it would be your proper thigh indentation. Fat can be distributed into this area and fill in the defect. During your procedure, it is essential to release this scar before the fat is inserted because if it is not released, the fat will be smothered and die. The scar's release and the fat's insertion can be performed during the same procedure. Of course, at that same time, you can have liposuction on your knees. You do not need a thigh lift for this area. Thigh lifts do not treat this area. You could try fillers like Sculptra or a fat transfer.
