Fat can be taken from the love handles, abdomen, or inner thighs. About a cup of fat will be needed to fix this area. Once about a cup of fat is harvested, only about 50% of this will be good for transfer. The fat will be washed with antibiotics and then strained for purity before being injected into the indentations. Using this process, about 80% of the transferred fat should remain.
