I need help! I have searched the internet for months trying to figure out how I can fix this issues I have! My thigh has a dent that I desperately want fixed I have had fat grafting and a filler injected onto this area before. What are my options. Please I need help

I’ve personally treated patients who had dents with Renuva (a semi-permanent filler). With certain technics, it offers great results.

Thank you for your question regarding whether you need a lift or filler to fix the indentation in your thigh. Thank you for your pictures. Based on the pictures, I wouldest you to undergo autologous fat grafting. This procedure involves liposuction on one body part and transferring the removed fat into your indentations. Fat can be taken from the love handles, abdomen, or inner thighs. About a cup of fat will be needed to fix this area. Once about a cup of fat is harvested, only about 50% of this will be good for transfer. The fat will be washed with antibiotics and then strained for purity before being injected into the indentations. Using this process, about 80% of the transferred fat should remain. This should even out the inner thigh. This can be done in a plastic surgeon's office or, if necessary, a proper sterile operating room. Please seek a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in fat transfer procedures such as this. Thank you for your question.
