I am a 29 year old female that had a full abdominoplaty with back, waist, bra roll and inner thigh lipo. I am planning on getting a thigh lift to address lose skin present on my upper inner thigh after a 60 lb weight loss and lipo. I have had 2 consults where one surgeon said he would do a medial incision and the other said he would do a bikini line incision. I like both surgeons, so I am curious about the pros and cons and which would be better for someone prone to hypertrophic scarring?
