Sagging skin and crease after thigh liposuction - what can I do to correct this? (photos)

I had liposuction on the back of my thighs and now my right side has a lower crease and saggy bum. How can I get this corrected? Here are different angels. Please help!

Thank you for providing detailed information and pictures about your concerns post-thigh liposuction.
I'd recommend further upper thigh liposuction to address the crease in your thigh. Specifically targeting the area below the buttock and between the visible horizontal creases, as shown in your third and fourth images, would be beneficial. By doing so, we can reduce the fat in this particular region, thus diminishing the prominence of the crease.
As for the sagging in the buttock area you mentioned:
1.) Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL): This involves extracting excess fat from areas like the abdomen, love handles, or lower back and transferring it to the buttock. It not only helps to sculpt unwanted fat areas but also augments your buttock using your natural tissue.

This area can be corrected with a liposculpture.  It - unfortunately - frequently happens that a liposuction in those areas finally ends up in a saggy bum and creates creases when it’s not performed adequately. By removing/adding some fat in those areas, we can get rid of the crease and elevate the bum.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.
