Will fat grafting help skin texture and pigment?

I was burned by a fractional co2 laser at a medspa in November. Fast forward seven months I have bad texture, dents, and some loss of volume. Will fat grafting help heal skin because of the stem cells?

I suggest waiting 6-12 weeks and if not happy after injections consider 5FU/steroid treatment. Please consult with an experienced dermatologist for optimal results. Immediate treatment with venus legacy may help decrease swelling. Speak to your physician or a fat grafting expert immediately....

You are still very hollow around the mouth, and may be seeing the threads here.  We expect about 40-50% of the fat to be resorbed so that is normal.  You are probably going to need more fat put in in the lower face to even out the jawline and fill in the hollowing in the lower cheek.
