I have already had two Brest augmentations I wanted the look of fake breast, perfectly round, perky, the “stuck on look” I showed these photos to my surgeon. He put 580ccs over the muscle high profile. I asked about a lift and was told I did not need one. To me they look like they are saggy and natural large breast’s not at all like my inspiration photos. My second procedure was to correct the breast pockets because the implants were going into my armpit.

Answer: Surgery If the first photo is you, you cannot have high perky breasts because your breasts naturally sit somewhat low on your chest and the bases cannot be moved. However, you can have a lift and raise the breast and nipples up some. This size is too large for you and will probably sag again if a lift is done. I would suggest going smaller or be content with what you have.

Answer: Breast revision Thank you for your question. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to revision breast surgery. I have been in practice over 28 years. Your implants are on top of the muscle, and you have a typical "slide down" appearance. The best fix would be to place the implants back under the muscle and revise the mastopexy/lift as well is removing inferior pole breast tissue, so I can use a larger ultra high-profile implant. This a surgery which I pioneered termed reductive augmentation which creates a much more high and round appearing breast.. You should be able to have an excellent outcome. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method You have large implants and large skin envelopes. Your breasts are hanging down inferiorly. To get the appearance you desire, I recommend taking out the implants and doing The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.
