I had my TT, lips, and MR on the 3th of September. My question is do I really have to walked hunched over. I don't see the need to hunch over but does it mean I ruining my MR or TT?

Swelling is still expected at this phase of healing, especially after activity. It should improve as you continue to heal. As it is causing discomfort you may want to consider a lighter compression. Some refer to it as Stage 2 compression which is less restrictive, but still supportive.
