Is there anything to be done about my cervicomental angle? (Photo)

Hi, this has been a huge confidence destroying matter to me for a long time now, I was wondering if there is anything at all to be done about my jawline , or to make my neck protrude less or just make me look better under the chin area. It looks like I have a huge double chin , I assume caused by years of mouth breathing and forward head posture . Also, if genioplasty is not the surgery to fix my problem, would another surgery do me better?
