I have an overbite (and possibly overjet) that may be contributing to a protrusion of my upper lip. I don't have a defined jawline and seem to have a significant midface volume deficiency with prominent nasolabial folds (probably worsened by significant weight loss 2 years ago). The cost and complexity of a geniopasty worry me, but the long term effects of an implant (aesthetically and medically) are also concerning. Any other ideas on how to address these issues are welcome! Thanks!
