You are a good candidate for a genioplasty. Your chin is a bit short and recessed. Moving it forward and down would bring balance to your profile while elongating your jawline. It would create a more "v" shape facial structure. It would also help improve chin ptosis as well. However it might not improve the downturned lip. Based on the photos, you have mentalis muscle strain and this usually indicates a recessive chin. either a sliding genioplasty or chin implant will balance your lower face and minimize the mentalis muscle when you close your lips together. Each procedure has its risks and benefits.

Based on your pictures, you could benefit from a chin implant as well as a medialized corner lip lift. This surgery not only elevates the corners of the mouth, but increases the red lip visible on either end of the upper lip. It also decreases any displeasing downward slope the upper lip takes as measured from its center. In other words, it is quite powerful in its ability to change the shape of the upper lip, giving unprecedented control to the surgeon.
