What doctor to consult to take off this cyst under my eyebrow? (photos)

Consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who can remove the cyst and send it off to pathology for histologic analysis is my suggestion.

Hi and thanks for your question and photo. You need an in-person consult with an expert to discuss what to do about that growth. It is most likely a benign condition and would be considered a cosmetic procedure in my practice -- but I would certainly send the removed growth/cyst to a pathologist for proper analysis. You can review with your surgeon about the challenges specific to cysts or growths in the eyebrow area. 
Please seek out a board certified, fellowship trained Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon with extensive expertise in cosmetic mole and facial growth removal. Avoid doctors that are not experts in this precise form of plastic surgery.  I have removed thousands of moles from around people's eyelids and faces -- including the eyebrow -- throughout my career and each presents its own challenges. Many patients travel great distances to see me for my particular expertise in this area. We could certainly arrange a visit from Long Branch, NJ.
