I am interested in rhinoplasty and brow lift but not ready to commit to surgery. I want to know if I am a good candidate for non-surgical rhino. I am ok having a little hump and some character to my nose but would like to make the profile less droopy and more feminine. Also wondering if it can be paired with a non-surgical procedure that could even out my eyebrow symmetry, lift glabella, and reduce the plunging "angry" brows I have.
Answer: No you need a Rhinoplasty (Nosejob) Surgery | Facial Plastic Surgery | Expert | Revision | Non-Surgical | Filler | Liquid Rhino Hello and thank you for your question! Unfortunately even though non-surgical nosejobs are popular, they are ALMOST ALWAYS done on patients who are poor candidates for it, and who would have much better results with a proper surgical rhinoplasty. For your nose, with the prominent nasal bridge, overall large size, and asymmetry, you would be a perfect candidate for surgery. Filler would only make your nose appear larger and would not be balanced with the rest of your face. Many surgeons overlook key techniques that can otherwise soften the appearance of underlying structures, significantly improving tip symmetry and refinement, and resulting in beautiful and natural appearing results. These specialized maneuvers require a high level of expertise and experience, which most surgeons simply do not have. Given your history, an open septorhinoplasty would be the best approach to precisely reshape your nasal tip, refine the bridge, and restore overall balance. In addition to reshaping your nose aesthetically, your septal cartilage (or an alternative graft material) would be used to create structural grafts, reinforcing key areas like the columella (the strip of tissue between your nostrils). This is crucial to maintaining long-term symmetry and preventing future distortions. Rhinoplasty is one of the most technically demanding procedures in all of plastic surgery—millimeters make all the difference. If a surgeon is only performing one or two rhinoplasties per month, they simply do not have the level of experience necessary to achieve the best possible result. Your nose defines your entire face—this is NOT a surgery to leave in the hands of just anyone. I have had extensive training in complex rhinoplasty, working under one of the highest-volume rhinoplasty surgeons in the world (who performs 1,000+ nose surgeries per year). If you’re serious about getting the best possible result, I’d be happy to see you for a consultation (Virtual or In-Person) where we can discuss your goals, perform a detailed examination, and create a customized plan for your ideal nose. I look forward to helping you achieve the refined, balanced nose you deserve! Dr. Donald Groves Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: You do not appear to be a good candidate for a non-surgical nose job. Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide and droopy nasal tip appearance with an overprojected nasal bridge on profile and a dorsal hump. Adding filler above your bump to camouflage it would lead to a larger nasal appearance. In our experience, the best way to elevate a droopy nasal tip appearance is with rhinoplasty surgery. You may be a better candidate for rhinoplasty surgery then for brow lift surgery. I say this because you have a large forehead and a nice arch to your brows. I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Surgical versus non-surgical approach to drooping nasal tip: Surgical versus non-surgical approach to drooping nasal tip: The most common feature that brings women to my practice for rhinoplasty is a drooping nasal tip. A slightly elevated nasal tip seems to epitomize female beauty and youth. When we caricature a beautiful young woman we do so with and upturned nose. When we caricatures an old ugly woman we do so with an excessively drooping nasal tip. The nasal tip drips even more upon smiling. A woman should look better when she smiles not worse. You do appear to have a drooping tip and the pictures you show are not even with a smile . Elevation of the nasal tip is a routine part of surgical rhinoplasty. To elevated the tip nonsurgically would be a futile endeavor. You appear to be a good candidate for Surgical Rhinoplasty, and it is my guess that if you ever get up the courage to have it you will be glad you did ,and will regret not doing it sooner.

Answer: Fillers Work For Straightening Nasal Bumps & Lifting Droopy Nasal Tips; Botox For Frowning Between Eyebrows I have personally been using filler for straightening nasal bridge humps and bumps for well over twenty years with gratifying results. Equally gratifying results can be achieved with fillers +/- Botox for elevating droopy nasal tips. In experienced hands, both treatments take only fifteen to twenty minutes with immediate--i.e. on the spot-- results from the filler injections. (The effects of Botox, if needed, typically take one to seven days to take effect.) You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and ask to see his/her personal befores and afters before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.
