Hello, I’m interested in a non-surgical liquid nose job. I have heard some concerning stories about dermal filler procedures. It looks like there are no doctors in San Diego that want to use a doppler-guided ultrasound for this treatment. What’s the reason? It prevents complications from intra-arterial injection of dermal fillers
