I have never loved my nose. I do not not want to get a surgical nose job But I have considered a non surgical nose job. I am not sure how much it would really help. Would really love an opinion on if I should move forward or no.
Answer: No you need a Rhinoplasty (Nosejob) Surgery | Facial Plastic Surgery | Expert | Revision | Non-Surgical | Filler | Liquid Rhino Hello and thank you for your question! Unfortunately even though non-surgical nosejobs are popular, they are ALMOST ALWAYS done on patients who are poor candidates for it, and who would have much better results with a proper surgical rhinoplasty. For your nose, with the prominent nasal bridge, overall large size, and dorsal hump, you would be a perfect candidate for surgery. Filler would only make your nose appear even larger and it would not be balanced with the rest of your face. Many surgeons overlook key techniques that can otherwise soften the appearance of underlying structures, significantly improving tip symmetry and refinement, and resulting in beautiful and natural appearing results. These specialized maneuvers require a high level of expertise and experience, which most surgeons simply do not have. Given your history, an open septorhinoplasty would be the best approach to precisely reshape your nasal tip, refine the bridge, and restore overall balance. In addition to reshaping your nose aesthetically, your septal cartilage (or an alternative graft material) would be used to create structural grafts, reinforcing key areas like the columella (the strip of tissue between your nostrils). This is crucial to maintaining long-term symmetry and preventing future distortions. Rhinoplasty is one of the most technically demanding procedures in all of plastic surgery—millimeters make all the difference. If a surgeon is only performing one or two rhinoplasties per month, they simply do not have the level of experience necessary to achieve the best possible result. Your nose defines your entire face—this is NOT a surgery to leave in the hands of just anyone. I have had extensive training in complex rhinoplasty, working under one of the highest-volume rhinoplasty surgeons in the world (who performs 1,000+ nose surgeries per year). If you’re serious about getting the best possible result, I’d be happy to see you for a consultation (Virtual or In-Person) where we can discuss your goals, perform a detailed examination, and create a customized plan for your ideal nose. I look forward to helping you achieve the refined, balanced nose you deserve! Dr. Donald Groves Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Answer: You appear to be a better candidate for rhinoplasty surgery. Based on your photos, your nasal profile is distracting because your bridge sticks out too far. If you were to add filler above your bump, it would make your nose appear attached at the level of your eyebrows. I suspect you would have a more pleasing and less distracting nasal profile appearance with rhinoplasty surgery for dorsal lowering and perhaps some tip lifting. I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Nonsurgical rhinoplasty With nonsurgical rhinoplasty it would be possible to build up the bridge of your nose, and thereby create a more refined and narrow appearance from the frontal view. Making the radix (area of the bridge above the bump) taller, or augmenting the radix, will result in a straight profile and the illusion of hump removal. Some mild refinement of the tip may also be possible, depending on the thickness and elasticity of your tip skin. For significant tip refinement, surgical rhinoplasty would be necessary. Seeking an expert in nonsurgical rhinoplasty will give you the best result in the safest manner. @drdonyoo

Answer: Nonsurgical Filer Nose Jobs Can Straighten The Nasal Bridge & Lift The Nasal Tip I have been performing filler nose jobs for well over twenty years. At first they were used for treating nasal bridge humps and bumps. Not long afterward, we extended their use to raising droopy nasal tips. In experienced hands, using HA fillres, both procedures can be peformed, if so desired, in the same treatment session in a matter of about fifteen minutes with immediate results that typically elicit an on-the-spot "Wow!" reaction. You would be wise to make certain to consult with a board certified cosmetic dematologist and be sure to ask to see his/her personal befores and afters before agreeing to proceed. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Answer: Non surgical nose job Hello ! Non surgical nose jobs can offer dramatic (but non permanent) results if well performed. Of course, it doesn’t substitute for a full rhinoplasty. In your case; it could treat your dorsal hump and even slightly upturn the tip of your nose, which could make your nose look more « feminine ». I hope this helps, Best of luck ! Randal Haworth
