Can filler improve a low bridge and uneven nostrils while I wait to have a revision? I'm 8 month post op

In our experience, microdroplet silikon-1000 may be considered for adding permanent volume to someone's nasal bridge for a few millimeters of additional height. It's also useful for lowering nostril margins, and for restoring nostril margin symmetry.

You ask a great question and I have experience in this particular area. I would say that you can have filler in certain areas of your nose if you absolutely hate your nose and need to wait for revision surgery which is usually around 11-12 months. If you want the dorsum elevated with filler then dissolving that filler prior to revision is not that difficult. Tip and alar injections are a bit more tricky to dissolve, however, during your revision surgery the filler becomes very obvious and can be removed manually quite easily. I have videos on my instagram demonstrating removal of filler during revision rhinoplasty surgery. It was not a big effort and did not adversely effect the outcome of the revision surgery.

At this point, probably best to just wait to undergo your revision. There's no sense in artificially inflating the anatomy with fillers at this point if you're contemplating undergoing revision rhinoplasty surgery. There are real risks associated with injectables placed in the nose .It's also important to understand there is no perfect nose, and the nostrils won't be perfect afterwards either. It's also important to know how much cartilage is left over on the inside of your nose for potential grafting purposes for repairing the Crookedness of your bridge line from the frontal profile. Best to obtain a copy of the operative report which would be helpful for your next surgeon, to find out what was accomplished in the first procedure
