i got a rhinoplasty i am extremely unhappy with. i have what i think is called a saddle nose and want to get that dent filled with filler for a straight nose. so how soon after a rhinoplasty can i do it ? i don’t want to even talk to my surgeon cause there’s no use and i don’t want to give him any more money.
