I'm sorry that you have had this experience. I would typically suggest waiting a minimum of three months following the surgical rhinoplasty to be certain that the there has been complete healing and that all post-surgical edema (swelling) has resolved. It is at this point that I would feel comfortable perforrming the nosnsurgical filler nose job. You would be wise to make certain that you consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatology filler expert, since prior surgery can alter the vascular anatomy of the nose making it a filer procedure that should not be left to inexperienced, novice filler injectors accustomed to treating only ordinary smile lines. Hi there! Sorry that you're experiencing trouble after your rhinoplasty. A lot depends on swelling as to when you can inject. If the area is inflamed, you may be creating unnecessary deformity. Depending on the method used (closed vs open), I would wait at least 4-6 weeks to ensure proper healing and swelling reduction. At that time, assuming all is progressing appropriately, you could consider injecting filler. As you probably know, the result isn't permanent with filler and there are risks associated.
