Hi, I had a revision rhinoplasty in which my surgeon did rib grafting. However, I feel that my tip wasn’t projected enough and I also feel that my tip was not rotated/lifted enough. The columella-philtrum junction also needs to be improved. How can that be improved without it restricting my smile? Is it a good idea to get a revision to increase the nasolabial angle and project the tip more? If so, can the revision re-use the rib grafts in my nose or will they need to harvest a new rib?
