What could have caused the lump at the tip of the nose after 6th months post op? (photos)

A bossa is visible nasal tip cartilage that may be seen after rhinoplasty surgery. It is associated with thin nasal tip skin. I would find out if you had a cartilage graft in the tip. If that’s a cartilage graft it may be best to have it removed which is pretty straightforward

Hello and thank you for your question. It really depends on the techniques used by your surgeon. Sometimes this will improve with time and sometimes this will require a revision to smooth the tip. You are doing the right thing by staying in close communication with your surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
