I am considering rhinoplasty to achieve a nose that better fits my facial features and looks as natural as possible. My current concerns include the length of my nose and some asymmetry. Based on your two photos, you appear to have a relatively Broad and flat nasal appearance. Depending on your examination and your desires, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower nasal appearance in your bridge tip and nostrils. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

The nose in the first pictures has less volume in the tip with less width and flare of the ala and nostrils in the after photo. These changes can be made surgically during a rhinoplasty with alarplasty/alar base reduction.
