Based on your two photos, you appear to have a relatively Broad and flat nasal appearance. Depending on your examination and your desires, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower nasal appearance in your bridge tip and nostrils. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Thanks for your question. You are a normal, good-looking guy, so the key to a successful rhinoplasty is ensuring it looks natural and not like an obvious change. You could benefit from narrowing the width of your nose while keeping its natural shape. Check out the results of a similar patient linked below to better understand the approach.Dr. B.
Your nose is very wide. The upper portion and the base need to be corrected. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
African american rhinoplasty typically involves 4 different components. Some patients need them all, some only one or two. Here are the 4 components.1. Improvement of the bridge height with an implant.2. Narrowing of the wide upper nose (bony part) with osteotomies.3. Narrowing of the tip (Tip-plasty)4. Narrowing of the nostrils (Alarplasty)RegardsDr. J
You could try scheduling a few consultations with plastic surgeons in your area to explain the change(s) you want and to understand if rhinoplasty may be worthwhile for you now or in the future.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. You may also benefit from an alar base reduction at the same time. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. The nose in the first pictures has less volume in the tip with less width and flare of the ala and nostrils in the after photo. These changes can be made surgically during a rhinoplasty with alarplasty/alar base reduction.
Hi Dynamic839533, Your computer morphed image does look like a result that could be reasonably achieved with radix augmentation during rhinoplasty. The caveat is that although it seems like a minor change, which it is, the technical prowess needed to create this change surgically is not...
