Thick scar tissue affecting the my columella, will I need steroid injections or scar revision? (Photo)

I’m August of 2023, I had rhinoplasty with rib graft. In October I got a rash around my nose due to the friction of the nostril retainers and I was told to not use it until the rash went away. I noticed that there was a bump on my columella that looked like a bump. I thought that the bump would go away but it’s is more apparent when I smile. I also noticed that the bump is firm.
